My approach is simple, intuitive, and rooted in helping you come home to yourself through the mind body connection. I believe in creating space for connection—within the body, the breath, and the heart. It’s a way of living that invites mindfulness practices, self-awareness, and a deep sense of inner peace. I know that no two journeys are the same, which is why I meet each person where they are, with compassion and care, to support the creation of balance, vitality, and a life that feels aligned and whole.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I bring a heart-centered, intuitive approach to everything I offer. My journey began in San Diego with a focus on holistic nutrition, but it was through yoga and mindfulness practices that I truly found my path.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 and became a certified teacher in 2018 to deepen my own understanding. Around the same time, I began exploring Reiki—an energy healing modality that helped me make sense of my empathic nature and tune more fully into my own healing process. After years of personal work and refinement, I now offer Reiki from a place of clarity and intention.
My most recent evolution has been becoming a certified Somatic Practitioner. This work weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied movement, and mindful presence—supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies and uncovering deeper layers of healing. I currently live in Franklin, TN, and feel grateful to hold space for others through somatic practices, energy healing, and yoga. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in the mind-body connection and the body’s innate wisdom.

Somatic Support offers a body-centered approach to emotional, mental, and physical well-being, emphasizing the vital Mind Body Connection. It recognizes that the body stores experiences, particularly trauma and stress, and through gentle, mindful practices, somatic movement therapy helps individuals reconnect with their bodies. This approach encourages awareness of bodily sensations, movement, breath, and touch as tools for regulation, healing, and integration. Rather than concentrating solely on thoughts or talk-based processing, somatic work invites individuals to tune into their body's messages, fostering safety, presence, and empowerment. Practices may include grounding exercises, somatic movement and yoga, breathwork, touch or compression techniques, sound or vocalization, and mindfulness practices. Somatic support is particularly beneficial for those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, or disconnection from their body, nurturing a felt sense of safety and reestablishing a resilient connection between body and mind.

The 'laying of hands' method relies on the unseen 'life force energy' that flows through us, keeping us vibrant and alive. Reiki treats the whole person, encompassing emotions, mind, and spirit. It is a simple, natural, and safe approach that enhances well-being. Spiritual by nature, Reiki is not a religion, has no dogma, and is not linked to any specific faith.
